Plus Wellbeing may send you text messages (SMS) for care-related purposes, including appointment reminders, verification codes, medication reminders, and critical service alerts. Please note that opting out of SMS may limit fast scheduling and care coordination.

PHONE COMMUNICATIONS

Plus Wellbeing may contact you by phone for care-related purposes, including telehealth appointment reminders, follow-up calls, and customer support outreach. Calls may be made using automated dialing systems where permitted by law. You may update your phone preferences at any time through your account settings.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Plus Wellbeing may send you email communications for care-related purposes, including service updates, account notifications, healthcare reminders, and important information about your care. APP NOTIFICATIONS

Plus Wellbeing may send you push notifications through the Plus Wellbeing mobile application for care-related purposes, including health tips, appointment reminders, and medication adherence alerts. You may manage push notification preferences in your device settings or within the app.
